This place is a Gem, the best welcome we ever had in all the travels , beautiful garden, the different houses are 1st class , we recommend this place for family reunion, even planning a wedding or baptism, because of the little Chapel from 1825. It’s only 15 mn ftrom Ponta Delgada Airport, easy drive to all of the Island. The hostess Ana , made a beautiful welcome basket, the place is worth the level of a 5stars hotel.

Great property that is away from the crowds in Punta Delgada but still very centrally located in Capelas. Carlos was very helpful and was available to answer any and all question. Everything was clean. The view from the bedroom was amazing. Highly recommend.

This house is really charming with an enclosed car parking area up top and enclosed private garden outside the bedrooms. There was many opportunities to utilize the outdoor spaces including a deck, the garden, and an outdoor dining area all available to the renters. We appreciated the privacy of the property but it is also located near a bar/restaurant and a popular swimming spot that we enjoyed. Someone met us at the property to exchange keys as well as advise some things to do. The property manager seemed very available if we needed anything - and the owner of the house took the time to introduce himself and let us know we could ask him for anything we may have needed! We would absolutely stay again if we ever get back to the Azores!

We felt really welcomed by the owners, the welcoming was awesome. The communication with the hosts was great - they cared about everything we needed. The house was clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Would recommend this for bigger groups - BBQ/fireplace available.
