I had such a lovely time here. I enjoyed it so much, instead of adventuring out as soon as I woke up, I actually spent time at the apartment, enjoying the garden, the view of the ocean, and jacuzzi, right from the property. The owner met me to check me in. I love when people do quality work and from speaking to him, I could tell how much effort and pride he put into his projects. The owner is expanding and opening another space right across from this stay. My rental car was safely parked. I had access to a very clean laundry space, with a drying rack and also with detergent provided. The jacuzzi was incredible as well. The bathroom in the apartment is huge and I loved having so much space. I appreciated the small touches, like the chocolate on the pillows and the bath robes. Fresh bread is provided every day and you also arrive to a kitchen full of goodies, like local cheeses, pineapple, coffee, local jam, beer, wine. I am so happy I booked my stay here rather than in Sete Cidades.

Really enjoyed everything. If you're looking for quietness, great views of the see and green fields, but the same time access to all of São Miguel's great sites, like Ferraria and Lagoa das Sete Cidades, this is the place to be. The house is perfect (can't really understand how someone can put any problem in it), three big rooms with ocean view, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful and big yard on the back to just enjoy your drink, your book or contemplate the Ocean. We found Selma, the owner, to be a very nice and helpful person, receiving us with great joy and care. We're quite demanding travelers, but we found only comfort and space in this house. Do not hesitate for one second - this is the place to stay in São Miguel!

That's a very modern house with 3 bedrooms, big, well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher :) and a living room. It has a lot of windows so you may get a lot of light and sun but you cal also close the sheds for the night. It is very quiet at nights, as the property location is in the upper part of the town, almost in the end of it. The ocean view is perfect but the best are the cats that are coming every day curious of the new guests. Our kids had a lot of fun with them. Although we came in winter - beginning of February, the house was quite warm and we had 2 electric radiators that we used in the bedrooms. It was a very comfortable stay in a very tranquil location.

The villa is modern, spacious, has well equipped kitchen. There is a large living room and large patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Pool is clean and large enough to swim. Water is not chlorinated which is a huge plus. There is s small bathroom with a shower next to it which is very convenient. There is also a small gym that we did not use. Garage is large enough for 2 cars and has a washer and dryer available for use. All bedrooms are spacious enough. Ambiance is very modern.

This house was in a very quite neighborhood about 20 min drive from the city. The house is modern and has a beautiful ocean view and a private pool. We had 10 people in our group and the home was spacious for all of us. Monica was a very attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and requests.

Great house with 3 sleeping rooms and big kitchen, everything was so clean.Parking spot in front of the door. Sea view , enough towels and bath and shower.
