The view from the main window in the living room was beautiful. There was a TV with Netflix. The self-check-in was easy. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. There were some spices in the kitchen that we could use (probably left by other guests).

Absolutely fantastic house in the Nordeste region, in a very quiet area, near only one house and all the rest are fields and a seaview from balcony. Very good aircon. Very good blackout curtains and window shutter so those who can have a good sleep only in darkness and silence will definitely have a perfect rest here. Wifi is good, TV is great. Bed, sofa etc - very comfortable. Shower - all good. Kitchen - very well equipped, you will have all the amenities if you want to cook. Parking just in front of house. Very friendly host who was all the time in connection with us and allowed to keep luggages for several hours after our check out. Overall - perfect stay and rest. If I had money, I would buy this house for myself :)

Nuno and Solange are wonderful people and the nicest hosts you can imagine. We were welcomed with a nice basket with some local specialties, Nuno recommended several insider tipps for activities and places to visit, and one evening they brought over fresh sweetbread they had just baked. It was still warm (and delicious!). After 9 days, it felt like leaving friends we had visited. Also, it should be mentioned that Nuno is a talented and passionate artist, which shows in every aspect of the house. All the paintings are handmade originals, and the furniture and decoration is very stylish, yet unobtrusive. A perfect home to spend the whole day or enjoy the sunset after exploring Sao Miguel.

The location is great, however the view from the property and the patio is absolutely breathtaking (we even got the chance to spot dolphins in the ocean below) We had the first breakfast prepared by the host which was very kind and appreciated as we arrived at night There is a barbecue in the garden for use

The acommodation was just perfect. The house was spotless clean, spacious, greatly furnished with all one might need to comfortably live even for long term. On top of that, there is a beautiful garden with fireplace, and stunning views of the sunrise. From the house and part of the garden you can see the ocean. The area is super quiet and safe. And the host, Antonio, was so incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming that it made our stay so much better.

Very nice and big house with a beautiful and huge garden with sea view!! We also did BBQ there. All North-Eastern, central and Eastern parts of Sao Miguel easily accessible by car. There's no shop or restaurant in the village, however, pickups with vegetable&fruit, meat, pastries etc. come everyday. It's a 2-street village, neighbours live close-by, the backyard is quiet and pieceful. Parking available on the street across the house. As it can rain quite frequently, it can get a bit humid inside. All in all, very recommendable, we had a wonderful time there!!
