Our hosts met with us even before we parked the car. They were very nice and helpful. Helped us check in the house; asked us if we need anything and even answered in full detail all the questions I asked about nearby beaches, Paxi and Antipaxi islands. The house had everything we needed, even a very nice swimming pool which our teenager sons loved. The house had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Tzeni brought us great delicacies that she herself cooked and we loved them. She even gave us marmalades and olives that she herself made. Thanks so much for everything. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Because Elaionas Estate Perdika is definitely a home away from home...

Lovely private villa with beautiful views and quiet location. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home, the villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady. Not a criticism but to enhance further experiences for others, a swing eggchair on the balcony would of been lovely and larger towels but all in all a perfect holiday! Tips. You need to be a confident driver to drive the roads

Everything is design for a relaxing and hard to forget holiday. The host and his family are one of the most lovely people we have met. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden full of fruit trees and vegetable. A dream. We will come back for sure as pur kids had a great time too.

Where do I begin? Konstantinos was such an amazing host! He met us the first day and once we saw the property it completely exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful place with an amazing view, perfect amenities, and wonderful surroundings. Our tire had a flat and he even directed us where to go. My father, who is an architect, was even blown away by how carefully and tastefully everything was done. Konstantinos even paid attention to the fact that I have a little girl and bought her special food. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and hope to be back in the future. I highly recommend this outstanding property!

Excellent villa with a spacious, clean and beautiful rooms with breathtaking views (It looks better than in the pictures on the site). The host was discreetly close to us and always kind and happy to provide us with high quality services. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, oven and electric hob. All cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and other useful utensils were very clean and functional. The refrigerator was loaded with drinks and food - wine, beer, ouzo, butter, honey, bread, ham, cheese and more. Washing machine (include washing liquid too) iron board, iron and hair dryer. Everything was on point! Wide terraces with comfortable furniture, where you welcome the day with a cup of hot aromatic coffee. The cleaning was done every two days. Perfect location for exploring beautiful beaches and villages the Sivota bay available in minutes by car. We really enjoyed our stay in Théa Boutique Villa in Sivota! Highly recommended!
