Featuring a spa, the Astoria is a family-run 4-star hotel at the start of Rapallo's seaside promenade. The location was excellent. The personell are very nice and friendly. We got a free room upgrade with a seaside view. Thanks a lot for that. Breakfast was delicious. We also tried ordering breakfast directly to our room. It was perfectly served on time. The room itself was very clean and quiet at night.

Featuring panoramic views of Portofino Bay, Excelsior Palace is a luxury 5-star hotel offering 2 restaurants, sun terraces and spacious rooms, many with sea views. Very elegant and stylish. Amazing classical art, has a sense of history about it. It was my wife’s birthday and when we arrived the staff had already upgraded us and our room was stunning. All the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and valued. Thank you!

Situated within 1.8 km of Moneglia Beach and 21 km of Casa Carbone, Vespa Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Moneglia. Definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Italy! The apartment is spacious, wonderfully decorated and offers extras such as a barbecue and a frontside porch overlooking the beautiful and peaceful landscape. Furthermore it’s very nicely placed, just uphill of the picturesque seaside town of Moneglia, as well as being only a 20 minute train ride away of Cinque Terre. The apartment has parking in front of the house, offers a laundry area and has a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher and is full stocked with cooking equipment and cutlery. Not to mention the host; Fabio is a great person with even better stories. The apartment, decorated unlike anything I’ve seen before, is filled with props and references to his adventures regarding his life’s passion: Vespa’s. Fabio is not only friendly, but immensely helpful as well. Always available, and only one phone call or text message away from solving any problem or answering any question of yours. We will definitely be returning sometime!

Located in La Spezia, 5 km from Castello San Giorgio, Agriturismo Belvedere 9 provides accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a spa and wellness centre and an open-air bath. I would give this place 1000 stars if I could! My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and it was incredible. It is straight out of a romantic movie set in rural Italy, but the city is very close. Just make sure to take a taxi from the city out there. By bus and then foot there is 524 steps (yes we counted) and they are fine going down, but can be a lot when going back from a day of walking. The hosts did tell us though, so that’s on us. We didn’t even know they made their own food until they asked us if we wanted dinner on our arrival day a couple of days before we arrived. But this was the best food we had in the whole trip. Most of the ingredients were grown on their farm, and we got to try some local dishes we would have never heard of. The pool area is nice, calm and clean. They have a fridge stocked with wine, water, drinks and snacks. None of the usual stuff, but again homemade vegetable chips and juices. All of it delicious. The host couple is extremely nice. We didn’t have much contact with the husband, but he made the food, so that alone makes him my best friend. The wife is the de facto hostess and is so sweet and helpful. She will help you find the right bus, tell you about the good restaurants and how best to get around. All while smiling and joking, such a pleasant soul. All in all I can not recommend it enough. Everything about this place is perfect. You will not regret visiting.

Situated in Genova, 16 km from Port of Genoa, LE GIÜE provides accommodation with a garden and private parking. The property has garden and city views, and is 21 km from Aquarium of Genoa. Discovered on a lucky chance, it oozes passion and taste from every little detail, so that I felt immediately at home. Eugenia and Giuseppe are kindness personified. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cosy, the bathroom immaculate and the shower huge. Breakfast will satisfy every taste, I couldn’t think of an item that wasn’t already there; as I don’t eat sweets, I was asked what I would have instead of dessert and I ended up stuffing my face with the delicious local focaccia! The room comes with a fully-equipped kitchen area, which I found super handy if you plan to stay a few days. The location is perfect, central enough to be convenient yet away from the noise and the stress of the world. And last but not least, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the surroundings! I will treat myself as soon as possible with another short break there!

Villa Riviera Resort is a widespread hotel that combines the highest international standards with the atmosphere of the Ligurian Riviera and typical Italian hospitality. Superb breakfast taken in an amazing location!! The dinner was incredible as well. Very professional and helpful staff. The spa is very special and the massage I had was exceptional!!!

Sesta Terra offers accommodation in Framura. All rooms feature a private bathroom. Guests can have a cocktail at the bar. Absolutely everything was spectacular. First the views - just incredible. Staff was lovely, the facilities even more beautiful than pictured. We booked one of the tents and it was even better than I hoped with clear, gorgeous views and comfortable everything. Breakfast was generous and we loved that they offered shuttle service to the train station. We also rented bikes for a day which was a great way to get around and see things.

Agriturismo l'Adagio provides accommodation with barbecue facilities and free WiFi, and is situated in Badalucco. Each unit comes with a balcony, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet. The property was beautiful and relaxing
