The location is very good. It was very family oriented. There were lots of book also children books, toys, games and movies available in the house. Our kid enjoyed the children books and games a lot. The manager was very nice and welcoming. We forgot a pice of clothing in the apartment, the manager send it to us with post. We will definitely think about going back again.

Very quiet and beautiful location, easy to find, driving from Siegsdorf to Inzell, in the middle of Hammer you will find the exit to Meisau, just 3km later you will be directed to house number 4,5 and 6 up the hill to the right. The Baumgartner family are super friendly, helpful and great hosts. You will stay in a nice and roomy apartment, a separate bedroom and beautiful bathroom. A water kettle, fridge and cutlery are also in the room. In the morning they serve a healthy breakfast with a wonderful choice of fruit, bread and drinks.

I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.

Had a fantastic stay at hotel mariandl, the couple who owns the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, it’s close to the hochfelln cablecar and to cozy restaurants in the centre. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Bergen!

The village and the surrounding areas are equally beautiful with the village with two restaurants/bars within easy walking distance (800m), and Gstaat is only a 20 minute walk, by the lake. Our host supplied a well laid out digital pack that helped to guide us around the local area, and then checked up on us throughout our stay, showing a true interest in our enjoyment and satisfaction. A great base for exploring, walks and bike rides. I hope we get the opportunity to return sometime in the future.
