Staff is absolutely great. The house is great in a lovely german residential area, walking distance to the old city and to the lake.

This hotel in the town of Schwangau's Horn district offers rooms with panoramic views of the Alps. It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. The staff are very nice and are clearly trying to create a special little hotel for their visitors. We stayed in the family room and it was comfortable enough for 4 adults. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are driving as they have parking onsite.
