We really enjoyed staying at Madre Tierra. The location is great, the place it’s clean but, most of all, the staff is amazing. Mariano helped us planning our trip, Matias was super kind and helpful and Rosa was gentle and very nice.

I Keu Ken has a really warm and familiar atmosphere and you feel welcome from the first moment you enter. The owners and staff are super helpful with booking tours and other things to do. The dorms are comfy and the whole place is kept really clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and only closed on those evenings when they offer a hostel dinner (the asado was incredible and plentiful!), the common are is comfortable and you would always find someone to socialize after a hiking day. Breakfast is basic but good and it’s nice to have the big table to sit around. Big plus is obviously the view of the lake, especially when sitting on the porch with a sunset beer or wine! We really liked the location, it’s a short walk to the town center but there is also a big supermarket right around the corner. Hot showers and good wifi - since I know that’s what people want as well :)

Very well located, small and comfortable. All utilities worked very well, including heating and hot water. The flat has a lot of small appliances such as a water boiler, toaster, microwave, washer, oven, fridge, hair dryer, iron…. Very well equipped. The place was in good condition, clean and modern. Neighbours were also very friendly. Very good overall.

Very nice people, available to help at any time. Breakfast simple but ok. Have brown bread and fresh fruit. You can use their space for your own picknick. You feel very like home. Sleeping ; sometimes a little noisy , people, wind. Good bed. 96% blind outs. I liked waking after dinner to the hotel,, though a 6 min taxi available
