the location is perfect, the staff was very nice, the only thing i didnt like was the size of the room, it would be better if they are a little bit bigger

A sweet place close to Thessaloniki.
A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice.
Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice. They had a room available and even called me to confirm I could check in early, which was great under the circumstances. Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer

Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything you'd need. Reasonable supermarkets in town are available. There is a pier from where you can get a boat to Thessaloniki. The beach itself is nice and not overly busy, but busier at weekends as gets crowds in from city.
The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants so whether it's a coffee, cocktail, beer or a relaxing Greek meal, there is plenty to whet the appetite. There are also a couple of small gaming places and you can hire kids bikes / scooters.
A water park (Waterland Thessaloniki) is 20 minutes away by car and the city is 30 minutes away which is well worth a visit with plenty of history, culture to see and the nightlife is also vibrant in the city.

We have been to Perea several times before and love the fact that it's away from the city's business yet still close enough. We have found Perea bit cleaner than previous times however unfortunately still seeing a fair amount of pollution on the streets, beach and ocean unfortunately. Restaurants are generally very well priced with good food. Worth getting the waiter to re-read you order since there is a language gap with locals that has caused some confusion before. Would also be great if they had no smoking restaurants and beaches but rather designated smoking areas. Non smokers, pregnant women and children are constantly exposed to second hand smoke and buds are littered everywhere. Would definitely be a hotspot and highly recommended after a clean up.

Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do.
Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do. Also all the beaches nearby (in Thessaloniki) are average or bellow average. It is cheaper then standard Greek touristic places. And the best thing is that it is close to Thessaloniki which is very nice city to hangout.
Location is very calm, hotel is right on the private beach with nice beach bar and free deck chairs for guessts.
About 3min walking there is a boat departure from where you can take boat right to the centre of Thessaloniki (about 20min long cruise).
Food was really good, amazing variety and also a lot of typical greek foods 👍
But what I personally appreciate the most is the stuff. Everybody was so nice, always smiling, very patient and so polite. I will miss this place and I can really recommend :)
I spent a lot of time in Greece, visiting different hotels and apartments in different parts of this beautiful country. However, I can only say that this apartment is the best of all. Perfectly equipped, close to the beach, with the possibility to quickly and easily reach any store, even Thessaloniki and I can only thank the wonderful Mrs.Elena, who hosted us and fulfilled every need. 🥰🥰
This is excellent choice for a stay in Perea. Literally steps from the beach/sea, in the center where you have everything you need around you. The studio is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, easy and accurate communication with the polite owner. You can freely park the car in front of the building or closely around. Absolute reccomendation for this place!
Everything was above expectations: the staff was excellent and , the rooms were very clean . The location is very close to the beach and right in front of the location there are sun beds free of charge , offered by the owners. The beach is perfect for kids. A lot of taverns all around. I highly recommend it , especially for families with kids.
We have stayed at the Royal many times and we are always impressed by the genuine hospitality and reliable level of service, which is why we keep going back! Breakfast is always a feast and the freshly made barista coffee is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it is definitely our hotel of choice when flying in or out of Thessaloniki.
Everything about the apartment is great! It is big, clean, well furnished and perfectly located (on the beach, close to a supermarket and there's a bus stop right at the front door). The owner is very nice, helpful, and tries hard to accommodate in any way possible! This is the most value I think we ever got on Booking!
We had a wonderful stayment in Perea, Thessaloniki. The hotel room was simple and clean. The hotel management are very nice and helpful persons, their hospitalaty are excellent. Perea beach is beside the hotel, surrounded with more restaurant, bars, supermarkets, minimarkets. 4km from Thessaloniki Macedon Airport.
Great location near the beach and at one of the main streets in Perea, specious parking, specious apartment with everything needed for a good stay with a family. Communication with the host George and his wife Eleonora was on a high level, thanks. We will visit the place again.
Very good location, brand new room, spotlessly clean and nice and helpful owner. Down there they have a traditional restaurant as well. The place is good for a short term stay, with free parking and very close to Thessaloniki.
I love how small Perea is, everything was close to our house so there was no problem going anywhere we wanted. I also loved the people in the city. Every single person I had the pleasure talking to was kind and helpful.
The apartment was perfect. The beach was very close the center was very close. Everything was fine ☺️ the owner was nice person who is everytime here for you. Best recommendations for this apartment 😀
it was clean and comfortable, the bathroom is usually horrible in Greece, however this time, it was excellent. The a/c is positioned properly and was very appropriate for the size of the room.
The hotel was COVID safe, the evening meal, room service and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very efficient and very friendly. Check in and checkout were very easy and professional.
Very nice apartment. Everything was like presented on the photos. The location is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. The owners are very nice. I would highly recommend it.
Very close to the beach, spacious terrace, good parking spots, extremely clean room.
Also, the owner/host was one of the most pleasant and hospitable persons we’ve met in Greece.
The location is good - next to the beach and very close to the airport, we had to drive twice that night to the airport. The facility is basic but sufficient. shower is good.
I like that the hotel is right next to the sea. The terrace of the room was just above the water. Only the promenade separates the hotel from the sea, which is great for me.
