A sweet place close to Thessaloniki.
A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice.
Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice. They had a room available and even called me to confirm I could check in early, which was great under the circumstances. Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer

Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything you'd need. Reasonable supermarkets in town are available. There is a pier from where you can get a boat to Thessaloniki. The beach itself is nice and not overly busy, but busier at weekends as gets crowds in from city.
The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants so whether it's a coffee, cocktail, beer or a relaxing Greek meal, there is plenty to whet the appetite. There are also a couple of small gaming places and you can hire kids bikes / scooters.
A water park (Waterland Thessaloniki) is 20 minutes away by car and the city is 30 minutes away which is well worth a visit with plenty of history, culture to see and the nightlife is also vibrant in the city.

We have been to Perea several times before and love the fact that it's away from the city's business yet still close enough. We have found Perea bit cleaner than previous times however unfortunately still seeing a fair amount of pollution on the streets, beach and ocean unfortunately. Restaurants are generally very well priced with good food. Worth getting the waiter to re-read you order since there is a language gap with locals that has caused some confusion before. Would also be great if they had no smoking restaurants and beaches but rather designated smoking areas. Non smokers, pregnant women and children are constantly exposed to second hand smoke and buds are littered everywhere. Would definitely be a hotspot and highly recommended after a clean up.

Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do.
Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do. Also all the beaches nearby (in Thessaloniki) are average or bellow average. It is cheaper then standard Greek touristic places. And the best thing is that it is close to Thessaloniki which is very nice city to hangout.
Wonderfull accommodation 20m from the sea and a large balcony with sea view. Household appliances equipped with all necessary devices and 4 Tv with Netflix, 4 air condition and gas heating, clean, cozy and comfortal and exactly as advertised. The host are very friendly, kindly and helpful.
It’s 10 minutes from Thessaloniki airport, 12 minutes from Ikea and Cosmos Mediterranean and 20 minutes from Centar of Thessaloniki.
Can't recommend enough 10 out of 10 across the board, definitely again will stay in Apartman Perea for my next visit.
Great location on the promenade by the beach
Free sun loungers and umbrellas (unlike many hotels which charge you)
Great views from the sea facing rooms (definitely worthwhile upgrading)
Really nice breakfast included
Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby (go 1 or 2 blocks back and there are nice and cheap bakeries, coffee shops and tavernas.
There is a 50 minute ferry to the Thessaloniki which costs €5 and departs from the pier 5 mins walk from the hotel
Helpful and friendly staff
I visited Greece for the first time. Excellent and unforgettable impressions about this magnificent country. Positive emotions began with the hospitality of Chris, the owner of the apartment. Excellent location... everything is nearby. beach..bus stop.. shops.Sea view from the balcony.Clean bed.Hot water, internet, everything you need for your stay.I highly recommend it to everyone. If I ever come back on vacation, I will definitely rent only these apartments. Thank you.
We liked the seaside view and cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the spacious balcony for relaxing. It was close enough to Thesseloniki by car, although we missed out on the shuttle boat to Thesseloniki (closed for winter season). Car parking was tight in Thesseloniki, but fortunately we had great free parking at the port on the Sunday. However, parking on the Monday took awhile. Car parking was not a problem on the streets around the hotel.
A nice small hotel 10 minutes from Thessaloniki airport and 200 meters from the beach and numerous restaurants. The rooms are very good and clean, with small bathrooms and large balconies. The guys at the reception desk are very kind, nice and helpful. Very good value for money if you want to spend the night waiting for your flight to another destination or simply want to relax for a few days in a peaceful environment.
It was very clean and tidy, everything worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, everything was great for a short stay of one or two nights, it was perfect for us with Perea being so close to Thessaloniki airport.
Parking was not a problem and we managed to park easily under the apartments balcony on the street below.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay of 2 nights.
I like the apartment and everything inside the apartment. You need only 2 minutes to go to the beach. The host are perfect, they give us information about everything we asked, they were so nice. We have everything we needed in the apartment. The beach is also good and the place is good. I'm really satisfied.
Very good location, brand new room, spotlessly clean and nice and helpful owner. Down there they have a traditional restaurant as well. The place is good for a short term stay, with free parking and very close to Thessaloniki.
Very nice, clean and comfortable appartment in very center in Perea, near to the shops and bus station and the sea also, only 10 min from airport with a car.Recomended.There is a closed garden for people with kids.
Great place, right next to the beach and Perea promenade! Restaurants, bars and shops are a short walk away. Everything was perfect during our trip and will definitely come back. Helpful hosts also!
Very close to the beach, spacious terrace, good parking spots, extremely clean room.
Also, the owner/host was one of the most pleasant and hospitable persons we’ve met in Greece.
David and I forgot name of other one on reception.
They two are the best in this hotel.
Helpful always, kind, beautiful both of them.
