Cental location, on site parking for 1 car, clean fully equipped apartment, we wanted for nothing, easily accessible with wheelchairs, contact with owners only a phone call away.
We stayed with 2 parents who both have mobility issues and our stay was perfect. We were able to give them their first holiday in 5 years, and none of us wanted it to end. We shall return.

Exmouth is a lovely seaside town, extremely friendly people who are really helpful when trying to fins a shop or particular place. Many restaurants, bars and pubs. We went for a beautiful 2 mile walk along the new footpath/cycle coastal route up to Lympstone and back on the local train. The following day we went on a boat trip to Topsham which was excellent. The captain was great and gave us an excellent and informative commentary. We then explored Topsham, had some lunch in a local pub and caught the train back to Exmouth. Really lovely town centre.

Nice seafront, looks more upmarket than some seaside resorts. Plenty of places to eat and drink although watch out for pubs closing early out of season. Beginning of May and the harbour pub closed at 10pm. Love floating restaurant Exe Cafe, but have to book well in advance.

I used to live here so very happy to return for a more lane visit. It is an ideal place for families with good safe beaches, good travel facilities for access to other areas of Devon by bus or train, especially to Exeter’s excellent shopping. Not the most interesting of towns but good middle of the road unpretentious place to visit & enjoy.

Exmouth itself is an attractive holiday resort for all the family. Superb sandy beach with many facilities, wide range of hotels and restaurants, railway and buses. Many restaurants serve a wide variety of fish menus. One is able to walk and walk and enjoy the variety of houses, streets, special buildings, the market and the coffee/snack outlets. Exeter about 30 minutes drive to all the shops eating places lots of history to see worth a visit.. Local shops near by and beautiful places to walk. The holiday home is beautiful place has 2 double bedrooms open plan lounge/kitchen with dinning table and 4 chairs has a washing machine, bath with shower and a separate shower, free Wi-Fi, TV beautiful garden. Worth every penny it cost me to stay here♥️

Although the actual road isn’t isn’t you’re typical pretty road it’s in a very good location, 7 mins drive from the seafront, 4mins from Tesco with petrol station, parking in the road right outside. Overall very convenient. Hosts were attentive but not intrusive. Exmouth is a great area for families, my two children and I had a great week here and decided to stay another week locally. I would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

It's an almost new flat right in the centre of Exmouth with a secure entrance. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner or hosts, and inside the flat they had thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the mod cons, comforts and sparkling cleanliness on arrival. A fantastic place to stay.
