Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Loved everything about this hostel, from the location (close to the open air museum) in the mountains, down to the very small details of the interior. Lounge area was beautifully planned with a great view and places to hang out with new friends. The Onsen bath was clean and beautiful too. Had it for myself in the morning. The dorm bed was super big and felt private.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Our stay at Mount View Hakone was simply wonderful! The room was wide and beautiful and our futon were super comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, explaining everything in detail. Dinner was absolutely delicious! We really appreciated being able to try Japanese cuisine dishes that you normally cannot find in restaurants, and there were so many different ones! We booked one of the private onsen and it was just so relaxing to be able to relax in the water while admiring the view on the bamboo forest. The ryokan is located a bit further out from Gora, the main town, but to be honest the peace and quiet is exactly what we were going for. The hotel is well connected and has a bus stop right in front of it, so it was easy to reach and move around. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth the trip from Tokyo!

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. A very nice big hotel room with a nice shower and we had a private outdoors onsen which was perfectly sized, heated, and with an aesthetic view.

Hot Spring Inn Hakone Suisen offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 4.2 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station and 3.6 km of Kowakudani Station. Les instal·lacions, el personal, l’esmorzar… tot meravellós.

Set in Hakone, Centurion Hakone Bettei offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Best customer service, clean, wonderful experience. Food was excellent. Easy to purchase items such as sake and dessert cookies. Arranged for our taxis and shuttle service. Room was spacious and lovely with a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

Boasting a hot tub, Hakone Miyanoshita Myojokan is set in Hakone. The 3-star ryokan features mountain views and is 6.2 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. La persona que ens va atendre era molt amable i ens va donar bons consells sobre com visitar Hakone i on anar a menjar (ens va recomanar un sushi boníssim).

Situated in Tokyo, 300 metres from Asakusa Fujiasama Shrine and 7.5 km from the centre, cyashitsu ryokan asakusa features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and an open-air bath. Everything, Taiga & Muki were great & very welcoming. Breakfast was marvelous. Room was very cozy & relaxing. The Onsen was great. Will definitely visit again

Situated in Hakone, 8.7 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Suiun provides accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. Amazing room with a private hot spring water bathtub. Different kinds of private baths are available to the guests without reservation, the common baths are also quite nice. I recommend including the kaiseki dinner in your reservation, it was a great experience.

Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. The host helps with everything that you ask for. He helped us with calling a rental car place. We could leave our language in the storage after we checked out and he helped us to take them to the station. He also made us some new year's baked mochi. Excellent hospitality, real Japanese omotenashi. The room was nice and I thought the walls would be thin but it was silent.
