The ambiance of the hotel. Very chic and well curated. The location of the hotel which is not so busy and surrounded by antique shops and cafe. Room was very clean, well lit and big. The staff was very helpful especially Bulent who made sure we're well take cared of. They always offer coffee or tea whenever they see us. Even let us borrow the Turkey travel card to access public transportation. This is 5 star hotel feels. I would surely give this a 10.
