Excellent. Fantastic coffee. Brilliant helpful and friendly owners/staff. Very clean stylish small hotel in a great location. It’s a B&B but the staff are always willing to provide snacks/ drinks. Car parking space available which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location. Great Trattoria only minutes walk away.

Great accommodation. Clean, warm, comfortable, authentic. Quality bathroom supplies are available. Very nice view from the room I stayed in on the 3rd floor. The host Roberto was friendly and gave useful and practical information about the city - thanks for the directions to see the city and check in. Great place if you want to do an evening walk in Siena before your overnight stay - located in the old part of town. If you are driving - free parking can be found within 20 minutes walking distance.

Everything was great: Very helpful and friendly staff; room comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped. Beautiful garden; delicious Italian BBQ; very good parking and nice pool. Siena is in easy reach both by car and by taxi (around 10 Euro).
