Stylish room, nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the fruit Market. The host (Tea) was quick to respond to any of our questions. 20 sec walk to Konzum (the local supermarket). We'd definitely stay here again 👍

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The building has a cosy and historical ambiance to it, and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Having breakfast in the glasshouse restaurant was the icing on the cake, surrounded by a green garden. The location is perfect - close to everything you may need but also in a quieter part of the old town (although we did visit during October, so at low season). Last but not least, the employees were wonderful providing helpful service. We’ll for sure stay here again if we come back to Zadar.

Great location, just in the old town. Very close to all attractions and airport bus. High standard of the room. Very clean with bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfectly equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. Helpful owner. If i am in zadar again definately i will come back here :)

Our stay was great, the room really quiet and comfy. The owner not only was fluent in English, he also spoke perfect German and helped us plan our trip to the waterfalls. The next day he also saved our car from falling down a small cliff (thank you so much for that!). They were always available if you had questions or a request. Definitely my go-to location when I'm back in Zadar!

The owners provide a map with a good description of the city, where to park, where to go to the beach, restaurant recommendations, things to do around town, etc.... Plus there is a pool. The pool is small but good enough for swimming after a long summer day in the sun. The room had an AC and refrigerator. Not a huge fridge, but enough to hold some beers and food leftovers.
