The One Hotel Barcelona is the epitome of comfort. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds are the comfiest, and I can't wait to return! The rooftop bar serves great cocktails, drinks, and food, and the downstairs restaurant is great too. Nacho Peinado, Concierge at The One Barcelona, is exemplary - his suggestions and advice on where to dine were spot-on with every recommendation. Nacho, who served us in the rooftop bar and throughout the hotel, was also helpful and friendly, as were all staff throughout The One Hotel. Roger makes excellent cocktails. If you're unsure about anything - ask, and the staff will help. I'm impressed with the level of service received during our stay. Rooms have varying sizes, the in-room facilities are excellent, and as far as I know, only the eighth floor has balconies. It is worth the extra to have a larger room and the street views are lovely. Apart from the amazing rooms and location - a quieter part of Barcelona but lots of great shopping food and restaurants. The staff we’re incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Lots of great advice and recommendations. They tool the time to have a conversation with you and always checked to see how everything was going and did you need anything. We couldn’t have asked for more it was such an amazing stay. Fatima on reception was incredibly kind and helpful.

Forget Me Not was a very pleasant surprise for us. 10/10 experience, from check-in to check-out. It's located in the city centre, right next to the metro station ”Diagonal”. Easy to get to and from the airport, with connecting metro lines. Also, you can reach most attractions and amazing restaurants & cafes in 10-20 minutes of walking. Bonus points for extra steps on the Apple Watch. The room itself was very clean, the cleaning staff would clean every day and refresh our bed & towels. We had everything we needed. This will be for sure our go-to place whenever we find ourselves in Barcelona.
