You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wanted to check in early, asked months ago to find out when we got into town that they let the previous guests stay late by 2.5 hrs and then didn't have our room ready at check-in time. The construction containers around the property were an eye sore, but for the most part the crews working were quiet. Our bathroom fan did not work and asked for it to be fixed while we went to a wedding, came back and it was never fixed.
Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent and it was quiet, pool was nice and warm for the kids too.

The breakfast was good but on of the lady's there was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL and she was upset when I asked about getting more eggs because people in line wanted some as well.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was construction on the site.No one told us that there was going to be construction being done on the site it was right above my room. And it was quite loud and interruptive.There was also a continental breakfas that was complimentary. But it wasn't very good. It needed more dry cereals. Fruits. And a better meat selection.
I like the area at the Holiday Inn Express.The people were friendly. There were lots of places to eat at McDonald's, Burger.King, Outback Steakhouse, Applebee's grocery stores. There's a mini mark right by the hotel . Kohls For shopping. Very nice area to walk around and get exercise. But my favorite thing was when I got there.I forgot my makeup wipes, and you guys provided them.It was great. The hotel also provided my favorite personal items and product's Dove.

There was a lot of dog poop not cleaned up outside. Maybe keep a poop station somewhere nearby for guests to clean up after themselves.
The beds, pillows, and linens were good quality and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. The heated pool and hot tub were nice. Nice to have a pet friendly option.

Dog area not cleaned up lots of poop and the trash can they provided overflowing I asked them to empty they said no room service because of holiday I also called a head and asked about pet policy I was told on the phone $50 refundable deposit not $150 per night

They have the tiniest little soap bars. They were doing construction on the 4th floor and the hammering just about made me want to pull my hair out! They did offer to move us. Also I couldn’t find a pillow that worked for my neck, not sure that was the hotel’s fault.
The breakfast was really great. Something different almost everyday. Staff were super friendly.

Never had room serviced during stay. They only seemed to go around very early. The bed was way too firm.

The sinks in the bathroom were too high!!! I'm a short adult and had to stand on my tippy toes to wash my face in the sink.
The breakfast was good. Could of used more fresh fruit and yogurt. Probably could have used more of a selection of juices too.

Miscommunication between third party and hotel. We had a smaller room booked for us then what we paid for online.
Breakfast was okay. Same options both days we stayed. Wish there was bacon and not two options for sausage plus sausage biscuits and gravy.
