Breakfast buffet was great and the space to eat was really spacious.

The pool door was broke on the first day of our visit. The employee on duty seemed annoyed that we asked about when it would be fixed. We went to dinner and shopped for a little bit when we returned we inquired if the door had been fixed. It was only when we made a little fuss about not being able to use the pool did the attendee begrudgingly address the issue. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was overly chlorinated. The roll out bed had no padding and when we requested pillows and blankets for the roll out I was told they didn't have any. I requested these items a head of time. The staff was very annoyed when asked to do anything.

The room was clean and the hotel was close to attractions.

The pool was advertised as heated but it wasn’t and the mini fridge in the room was leaking.

The hotel and staff were great. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They never ran out of food.

The room was not clean, the tile floor was sticky and dirty. I requested t be cleaned, the manager stated that housekeeping were gone for the day. I asked them to provide a mop; they did not. We kept ous shoes on the entire stay. Also, the bed were not made; the linens were on the bed and the chair. I told the manager via telephone; he made not effort to have someone make the beds. I stay shave never ever ever in my hotel rentals over 35 plus years have ever had to make my own bed. I feel our stay should have been credited or provided a voucher for our rooms. I have not yet gone on Yelp or other websites to post the pictures of how I found the room BUT I do have them. It depends on how this is handled. I spoke with the attendant also when we checked. I called the manager after 9 am. I had already spoken to the manager the previous night.so he was informed when we discovered the bad wer unmade and the flo I also suffered a muscle cramp dur

The room was large; handicap accessible as requested. The double beds were comfortable. The shower was large, there were plenty of clean fluffy towels. The room was quiet, no noises from outside or next door.

There was a musty smell in the hallway on our floor(3rd) . Very slow elevator and the mop water was always very dirty when they were mopping

There was no housekeeping if stay was less than 3 days I was ok with that but every day housekeeping came into my room took the dirty towels but never replaced them with clean towels?!!! Trying to find a place to park when I got back to hotel late was a challenge

The room was for 5 people and only had 2 towels. Went to the reception and tood like 15 mins to get someone to come in to help me. The elevator smells like weed. The beds were comfortable but not the sofa cama. They didn't have enough blankets. We had to report the handle on the bathroom door broke. The ceiling had stains, and the TV sound was awful.

Pool was really cold. It was an indoor pool, the water should be tegulated. Sink didn't drain Pillows smelled funny Our fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Ice machine on our floor was not working. The room was not cleaned as well as I would have liked. I found a baby bottle in the room, which definitely was not ours.

Location was great. Close to everything. The breakfast was awesome.
