I thought the hallway and room started to look a bit tired.

Great location, friendly staff and doorman. Breakfast was tasty, although only a small selection, and the coffee machine is a nice bonus. I thought I remembered a wider range of food at breakfast, but I might be wrong. Room is comfortable.

The room and cafe is cozy and comfortable for a family of 4. Location wise is a plus point since it’s walking distance with famous tourist spot.

- the room could have been cleaned better, especially the bathroom... there were spots on the mirror and in the shower, stains on the walls... you also need to ask for the drinkable water bottle to be refilled every day - the lady who cleaned the rooms looked very busy every day but we didn't need her to come... however, the room was not ready for the checkin when we arrived and we had to wait (actually not just us, also other guests)... the manager should check if they are not understaffed - 18 dgr. celsius in the room when we arrived... but this is everywhere in KUL :-) - free flowing coffee and cookies in the afternoon turned to be just coffee and NO cookies :-)

Not much - TV not set up properly so only few analogue channels

Fantastic location for monorail and top malls (5min) and for fizzing nightlife of Bukit Bintang, located next to a big HSBC and opposite great local food. Room is superb with massive walk in shower, great personal care products and huge double bed. Great breakfast array served until 10.30 for night owls.

It’s more dated vs the pictures and bathroom / shower could be cleaner.

Great location for Bukit Bintang, just off the main road. Comfortable bed, mattress and soft pillows. Unlimited drinking water available and soft drinks complementary. I found it relative quiet for the area (windows faced side street). Nice little pool. Friendly staff and spoke good English. Aircon worked well. I would stay again.

The front of the hotel faces a disco that plays boom boom music all night till about 6am every night! If you want to sleep, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel where it is surprisingly very quiet and you don’t hear the disco

Because the hotel is in a lively location, it can get quite noisy at night when trying to sleep. Still managed to fall asleep, but might be good for light sleepers to be aware of this

I think the selection of options for breakfast could be wider e.g. an egg station. And a barrister rather than a coffee machine.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfy. Very close to Bukit Bintang MRT station. Modern and stylish design. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Nice view from the room.

Incredibly noisy club outside that starts at 10pm till 5am. Had enough by the 3rd night and requested for a room change. The night reception was super nice and helpful, and found me a room on the other side of the hotel which didn't have as nice a view but was quiet. Thank you!

The staff were amazing and super helpful. Spacious rooms, nice beds and a good selection of pillow options. Free drinks in mini bar plus ample filtered water available.

The shower head wasn’t great - maybe needed a good scrub to work better but it like didn’t have enough water coming out so was a bit annoying to wash soap off. Also I really didn’t like that the soaps provided smelt kind of orange like haha. But that’s just me being picky!

The area itself: side alleys around the hotel are quite dodgy. Avoid as much as possible. Water pressure of the shower was very low, A/C is not much adjustable so it can get too cold in the room especially during the night.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, rooms are cleaned every day, fridge is refilled (incl. water). Hospitality is big here! Very convenient location with both hustling night life, street food around the corner as well as shopping malls, monorail station etc. Beds are very comfy. Free coffee and tea in the afternoon. Didn’t have time to jump into the swimming pool.
