We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelToo hot in the room when we came, needed to wait for conditioner to cook it down. It is installed right to the person who is sleeping on the high part of the bunk bed. Might get a cold. Breakfast just ok, not best, not worst

North MacedoniaI didn’t like i had to go to Nei Pori on the beach because in Platamona beaches are with stones. Also the room was little bit smaller than it looked like.
The breakfast was very good, actually there was not big choice but what i tried 90% of the food and everything was delicious. Recommend to everyone.

United KingdomI didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have secured parking slots for the costumers and as a result to look around for parking and even park far far away from the hotel due to the busy road. They could prevent that from happening with securing the parking slots for each individual costumer and their car.

Austriaas we have early waking toddlers breakfast starting at 8:00 and pool opening at 10:00 was terribly late. the stuff started cleaning the pool at 08:00 am, something that in other countries and hotels start at 5-6 am. The family room had neither a fridge nor any kettle/warming up possibilities.

AustraliaMy hotel experience fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. The shower was disappointing as the shower head was fixed and couldn't be adjusted, making it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the placement of the air conditioner above the bed resulted in continuous discomfort, as it blew cold air directly on me throughout the night. The bed itself was uncomfortably hard, leading to a less than restful sleep. The breakfast offered was merely average, lacking variety and taste. To top it off, the staff's rudeness and lack of helpfulness further dampened the overall experience, leaving me dissatisfied with my stay.
The hotel I stayed at was okay due to its cleanliness and convenient location. The room was well-maintained and its central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
