We stayed for a couple of nights. Housekeeping didn’t touch our room - bed wasn’t made, water bottles weren’t replaced and towels weren’t refreshed. I also expected a little better than a couple of Nescafé coffee sachets and tubes of long life milk. Our check in experience left a lot to be desired. We were the only ones there but the two people on the reception desk could not have been bothered. They barely looked up from their phones, no smiles and I felt like we were an inconvenience to them.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - so close to a couple of tube stations and a block away from Kensington and Hyde Parks. Room size was great - small (it is central London) but not cramped. Bathroom size is fantastic for central London and the water pressure is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also very clean. We had a great check out experience. There was a wonderful person on the reception desk (Diana) who was friendly, helpful, polite and very personable. She was busy but still made you feel like you had individual one on one service.

Small but cosy room in a central London hotel, well equipped and very comfortable with a 24 hour reception. Well served by local eateries and supermarkets. Very short walk to two tube stations. Shower was great. Staff were lovely. Will stay again.

Great location to explore London. Very close to underground station and bus stops. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent. People in the reception and breakfast chef were very helpful and kind. Room was quite clean, not the largest but ok size in London standards.

Great location, close to walk to some sites and close to bus stations/underground stations to get around to other parts of the city. Staff was wonderful, especially Diana who helped us at check in and out! Room was good for 2 people, clean, comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I missed having a small fridge in the room and the fact that there was only 1 tea bag of 1 kind, which was not refurbished. It would be nice to have pading on the mattress so as not to feel its structure.

The room was esthetic and very clean. The location was perfect for me. Extremely close to 2 tube stations, to Hyde Park for wonderful walks, to Bayswater road which is full of restaurants Asian , Italians, Thaï ans fast food, as well as to food stores, pharmacy, Whiteley (which is in the process of renovation). The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Diana at reception and Joseph at the door and luggage storage.

Top location in the heart of London. The room was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived an hour early but she managed to accommodate us - thank you Diana!

The location was great. Very close to Paddington station and the other 2 subway stations in the city which makes your life easier. The staff was very kind. Everything was clean and tidy.

Our room was too warm and somewhat stuffy. We could never get the AC to come on for more than a few seconds. We could open the windows a bit. I did not tell the front desk until check-out, but I wished I would've asked for a fan or given them a chance to check out the AC.

Beds were very comfortable. There was a pot and coffee in the room. The hotel was very quaint and quiet. The location was great for us - one block from the underground and many shops and restaurants.

I cannot for the life of me see how this hotel can be rated 4 stars. No bar. No restaurant. No fridge in the room. In fact nothing apart from a nice room.

Joseph was a delightful welcoming face when we arrived. All the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable with a little fridge and a microwave. Even though it was on the ground floor at the front of the hotel it was quiet and we got an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The choice of 2 underground stations within minutes made it very accessible and there are some lovely coffee shops/restaurants very near.

The door man upon check-in and Diana upon check out were an absolute delight, fantastic service and were super friendly. There's not many places in London where you can get 3 single beds so this place was a great for us.

The pillows were a little too soft. The center area of the hotel has a bit of a pigeon problem, especially early in the morning. Hopefully more pigeon spikes can be installed in the future (not a problem if you are an early riser).

Very friendly staff (Thanks Aurora and Yousef), very clean room and it’s close to Hyde Park and Queensway underground station.
