Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI asked them in my booking to let me know if the room type i booked allowed pets, as i had a few options to choose from. When we arrived we were told our room type was downgraded, instead of being let know ahead of time. We were charged the same price as the king room plus a pet fee, for the queen room. All we wanted was a bathtub to soak in after hiking a difficult 47 kms in 2 days, but they said no rooms which allow pets also have a bathtub. Just a heads up for other people travelling with their fur family.

CanadaThe staff are very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the prices are very fair. The staff upgraded us to larger beds at no cost without us asking just because they noticed on the booking that I had 2 children with me! We just came back from a 2 week vacation in mexico, and the beds here are way comfier here, in my opinion.

CanadaThe room was quite chilled when we initially entered but after turning the thermostat up high, the room warmed up nicely while we were out grocery shopping. We also thought the room was a bit small to accommodate luggage.
We liked the corner King Room #131. We were able to angle park in front of our room. King bed was comfortable. Had a good fridge and tv. Location was just off the highway with many amenities nearby. The walk-in shower was also nice.

Although parts of the exterior look suspect, I pleasantly found the room very clean and and somewhat modernized. Some nice Reno’s to the bathroom area and fresh paint, carpet and beds made it very comfortable. Some older fixtures and furniture like the dresser, fridge and microwave were in conflict with the modernization. However, overall a pleasant room for the cost.

CanadaThe room was freezing when we entered. We couldn’t see any numbers on the thermostat. So we cranked it what we thought would be high and went to dinner. It still wasn’t warm when we returned and turned the dial as far as it would go. We then realized that you could see right out of the room from above the AC and that is why it was so cold. I saw they got new beds previously so thought that would be a positive but they are way to hard. We also went to the hot tub hoping to warm up. The water temp was colder than bath water. So that didn’t help.
