It was difficult to park outside for long enough to be able to take our luggage into the reception to check in. There were no facilities apart from the room itself, but this is fine for a short stay.

In a great location, next to Covent Garden Market, the room was great for accessing morning coffee and pastries. The room was larger than we had expected it to be!

Room had a jet tub that was deactivated, no sign or notice if was deactivated, wasted time filling it for a nice bath to find it didn't even work.

Keep it up. There was nothing I did not like. I am typing a second sentence because I am told I have to. I am typing a third sentence for the same reason.

Spacious room, central location right near Covent garden market, close to restaurants, bars, cafes. Perfect for a business trip. Room was exceptionally clean and it felt like a luxurious experience which was a nice treat after a long day of work and meetings. I particularly liked the no room-keycard experience of just receiving a 4 digits code by text or email which was smart and efficient. I will book the Hotel Metro again next quarter.

Would have liked to know ahead of time that no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Might have brought food and drink with me. Would like to have known more explicit instructions about parking ahead of time. For example, you can park at the hotel entrance while you check in and then move your car to the parking garage which is literally across the laneway. We'll give you directions when you arrive on how to get to the parking entrance. The parking fee will be added to your room charge. Unfortunately, the parking chit I was given at the hotel desk didn't work when I tried to leave the parking lot. The staff sorted it out on my VISA, but it held me up at departure. I would still recommend your hotel notwithstanding that you consider tightening up some of your instructions.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Appreciated water in the fridge and coffee maker. Felt secure with pin access entry and front desk concierge. Parking right across the laneway was so convenient.

Property had a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and Budweiser Gardens. Room was spotless and so nice! Could not believe the value, 10/10 stay. We also got a voucher for free underground parking which was a huge bonus!

The room we stayed in, you could hear a loud "thump" at all hours, guessing it was the water lines.

I like the smaller size of the hotel, no large groups. The rooms are spacious with all required amenities. Took advantage of the discounted nearby underground parking as well.

Honestly the only thing was the door lock pad for after hour comings/goings, it was very sensitive and took us a few tries to get it right with the sensitivity being off.

Lovely self check in online portal, great for the introverted soul! Great staff, they were very helpful and offered quite a variety of board games for our amusement. Extraordinarily spacious loft with a beautiful bath.
