When we arrived, the ladies were still cleaning the room, we didn't expect that. We thought we would meet Francois Denis, but then turned out it's more of a company name rather than an owner?

The place is really lovely, and it has a story, reminded me of France. The entourage is calm, the coffee is nice. The location is very strategic, close to the metro and the must see sights. I would go there again!

Was very functional, perfectly located and the owner, Ariel, was incredibly helpful and always on hand to answer queries. Gorgeous rooms, with nice artwork, extra touches and a balcony!

We couldn't stay longer

Everything. This place was very clean and modern. It had everything you would need, even coffee. Location was great. Parking (a Montreal problem) was no problem. There is a public parking lot, literally a block and a half away. 3 minutes to walk there. $15 for 24 hrs. There are a lot of great restaurants (Spicy Grill was ridiculously good) around. A supermarket just left out the door and the intersection. Liquor store across the street from that. Notre Dame was 15 minute drive. We will really only see if this place is available on our next trip. One piece of advice is, if you have any type of mobility issue, do not rent the apt in the back. Only because the staircase is a tight spiral. I'm 57, navigated it with a backpack on and carry on rolling suitcase. However, if you did have a bum leg, ask for a front 1. The owners are very nice, very communicable and really take pride in their place

The couch in the living room is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever seen. Changing the couch would be beneficial for future tourists. Cannot imagine a family with a child having the child sleep on that couch.

Amazing location, in a nice area of Montreal, near the metro and a lot of restaurants. The flat is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. We received self check in instructions however the flat code did not work. We had to call the dedicated phone number and it was solved in a few minutes which we appreciated. Luckily we did not arrive during AM hours.

The apartment needs more storage for clothing, such as a chest of drawers or shelves. It also needs a desk and task chair for business travellers. The kitchen shelf is a bit high for anyone less than six feet tall. (Not sure that can be fixed.) Kitchen could provide dishwasher soap. More linens could be provided in addition to towels, such as washcloths and dish towels.

An outstanding location in the heart of Montreal's Plateau neighbourhood. Ariel, the host, was beyond praise in communicating clearly and promptly, providing all the information needed and generally being available. Simply outstanding. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, and modern. Lots of electrical outlets. Kitchen and bathroom very modern and well appointed, including an excellent small dishwasher, full stovetop and fridge, and full range of kitchenware. Bed was comfortable. We were able to book parking in advance and had a spot right by our rear entrance.

There was not anything to dislike... everything was in place and functioned as it should.

The apartment is located outside the downtown core, no loud sirens and traffic noise. There is no interaction needed with people need when arriving, but the phone number for support was quick to answer and solved our only issue when arriving... we had booked less that 24 hours earlier.

Biggest issue is parking: the hosts say one of the parking options is to reserve a spot nearby (if it's available) but then ignored multiple messages from me asking about the same. Street parking nearby wasn't terrible, but was way more expensive, and it's just rude not to respond at all. Re the apartment, the only potential nitpick is that the living room doesn't have a TV - only the bedrooms do, so if you're traveling in a group or family there isn't a good, cozy space for everyone to naturally gravitate toward.

The apartment is great and well equipped, even comes with a coffee machine and complimentary capsules.

Walls of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors. Be sure to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. For accessibility, there are only stairs.

Great location; central to the metro, and many restaurants. Keyless entry to the building and room was convenient. The room was comfortable for our short stay. Our host was responsive to inquiries and we were able to drop off our bags 2 hours before check-in time. Would stay here again!

We loved the location and the apartment was very nice. Sometimes there was street noise but the two bedroom apartment, which we wanted, faced the street. The south facing balcony over the street would be great in the summer.
