Great location in the middle of the (old) centre of Montreal. The appartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet. We loved it!

I’d like to have some complimentary coffee/tea available. Also, if there's a mirror inside the unit, that would be great since we only have one in the bathroom and have to go there to use it.

The smell in the hallway and the shower needed some grout fixing and looked like mould cleaning. I could hear footsteps which gave the impression of not enough sound proofing but I couldn’t hear conversations so I think it’s fine - just a bit odd at the start.

Spacious, excellent water pressure and good location. I liked the security aspect at the front of building and at room.

Only one shower towel for 3 people, some appliances broken. Difficult to find staff on duty. This is not an hotel, this is an apartment.

The was only one mirror in the entire apartment which is odd comparing to the amount of shelves. Also, there were no towel hooks at all in the bathroom so it was inconvenient.

The apartments are nice and spacious, looks very neat and modern. The location is also great.

The shower head needs just to be soaked with CLR. It was spraying a bit erratically a bit and I couldn't adjust cause I was too short to reach. I wish there was a parking lot associated to the hotel or option for paid parking out front.

From the smell, the linens on the bed, the fact there was ice cubes in the freezer ready for us...the night light by the bed, the cleanliness, and ease of check in was awesome.

The check-in time is too late. It could be between noon and 2 pm. They should advise they operates like an airbnb instead of a hotel. No reception, nobody to ask if something goes wrong.

Great property - only thing I didn’t like was the strong smells in the stairways and hallways. A mix of different body sprays and maybe cleaning materials. Two sets of keys would have been nice.

My friend stayed in the suite across the hall and it smaller like cigarettes and alcohol. So bad that it kept wafting into our suite when the door was open.

there was a real lack of supplies - no soap, shampoo, bath mats , tea towels , kitchen sponge and a1/4 roll of toilet paper . in comparison we just arrived at a similar property in Quebec that has provided all these things and more - pepper, salt, oil

The noisy construction works in front of the loft and the broken Roku system and TV meaning no Spotify or Netflix even it is was suppose to be included.

Could have been a tiny bit cleaner but we already agreed, if we visit Montreal again, we are staying here!!

Loved the location and the vibe. Our 4th floor suite was roomy with every convenience. Comfy beds ! Everything you could want is just steps from the hotel.

We could not get a second key due to security(!) reasons. It is okay when I am traveling with my wife, but not good during a work visit since everyone has different plans. The sound isolation of the room is not good. You can hear the music from the next room. The cleaning is fine, but there are some spiderwebs around. The towels were quite old and left cotton pieces when you used them. Lighting (especially in the small room) was not enough.

The location of the studio is very nice. You can check in/out directly without contact.
