As a first-time visitor, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt at home. The buffet-style restaurant offers excellent food. Thank you for making our summer!!

Located within 500 metres of Niagara Falls, and surrounded by many popular area sites such as Clifton Hill and Fallsview, DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls features Buchanans... The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.
