They made a great surprise for us and upgraded our room. Reservation Assistant Eda helped us a lot in the reservation process, before we came into the hotel. And our Guest Assistants Efekan and Ensar helped us in our stay and made our visit even better with their warm, fast and professional attitude. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Room service was great. Food, drink and the service quality were perfect. Hotel personnels were very helpful and sympathetic. Sea was really good and we liked the design of the beach. Facilities like restaurants, pools, activities, spa, sauna were also satisfying. I'd definitely consider to stay here again.

We were treated with warmth and kindness, with generous attention. the rooms had exquisite detail, comfortable and without being pretentious for a 5 star palace. they thought of every detail. they have an ambassador assigned to you to make sure your always happy. breakfast was insanely tasty and varied. the beach area was great. came in may when there wasn’t a big crowd.

Xanadu Island deserve more than just 5 stars as they’ve exceeded all my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life. I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state. I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort. Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance. I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.
