Saccharum - Resort & Spa är ett lyxigt 5-stjärnigt designhotell som ligger på stranden Calheta mellan Madeiras berg och Atlanten. An amazing hotel with an extremely friendly staff that was ready to accommodate our needs or quick to fix any inconvenience. The staff additionally cleaned a little bit in the evening, made a bed and bring small chocolates. Super cute. The place was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the infinity pool and the views from the hotel. It was especially wonderful to fall asleep listening to the ocean. I like the spa facilities but can’t say that massage was exceptional for my taste. I hiked and walked a lot so expected some muscle release massage but it was just a very spa oriented procedure, didn’t really ease my muscle tension. Overall an incredible experience and I would love to come back.

But, most importantly, the hosts are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They made our stay extra special. Can't wait to come back one day!

Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The balcony view was breathtaking, there were also two sunbeds and it was also really spacious. The meals were plenty and sooo many choices!!! The waiters was so kind and helpful. There will be so many activities: pool party was so much fun! :) Also the hotel staff was so attentive, they know when my birthday is, and they brough me champagne, it was very nice from them! After check-out, we could leave our lagguage at the hotel, they were so polite and kind, it was a really nice experience! :) I really recommend this hotel!!!

We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet which were varying sufficiently from day to day to keep every meal interesting. The views from the room and the gardens were amazing too.
