The 4-star Douro Cister Hotel features accommodation in deluxe rooms and bungalows amidst tranquil surroundings. From the staff, specially the concierge to the facilities/location everything was perfect. Coming back during Winter is already planned!

Stayed on a house boat in the salt marsh. The house boat was very clean, beautiful windows and we loved the roof deck. Delicious hot breakfast included. Enjoyed learning about the salt flats and the process of making sea salt the traditional way.

Room was bigger than we imagined, with a view overlooking the lake. Staff were really friendly. We took our own bikes and used the facilities on the lake. Great location for families 🙂

Located only a short walk from the beach, this unique 4-star resort features a seasonal water park and provides guests with a Spa. In the evening, guests can enjoy a delectable meal at the restaurant.... I love the entertainment and most of the restaurant staff.
