The staff are very nice and helpful. They let us check in early. The resort has beutiful facilities and perfect loacation. the rooms are spacious and have a private garden/balcony. There is also a play ground for kids and a tennis court.

Featuring direct access to Baia de Água d’Alto Beach, this luxurious resort is situated on the island of São Miguel and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Superb hotel set in gorgeous grounds by the coast. Amazing views all around and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, Marie-anna on reception was lovely. Buffet food was tasty and plentiful, with a great selection and to suit all tastes. Our room was fantastic with panorama views across the ocean, truly beautful.

It had a very tropical/exotic location vibe. Everything is clean and well maintained. They thought about sustainability - there is a reusable glass bottle in the room, shampoo and soap are in dispensers on the bathroom wall. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just beautiful.
