The hotel, pool and beach were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. The massages at the spa were amazing and we did a private snorkelling trip in the pink boat which was fantastic. This place has by far the best beach front bar as well as really good food at the two restaurants (included breakfast was also great). We went to a couple of other bars/restaurants on the island which were nice but none had the same atmosphere and we kept ending up back at the hotel to eat/drink more often than not. Can’t recommend it enough. Was really sad to leave and hope to go back soon!

Location right next to the sea, morning breakfast served right next to the beach. A huge swimming pool with wonderful views of the sea. Clean and spacious rooms. After the end of our trip in Indonesia, my girlfriend and I had our last treat at this hotel and it was the best of the whole trip.

Everything was amazing. We had the best stay in this place. The hotel is very new. Big rooms with everything you need.The staff was always super friendly and smiling, always ready to help you. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We definitely want to go back!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and there are so many things I absolutely loved about it! First and foremost, the hotel is impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a pristine environment for guests. The view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a true highlight of my stay. Speaking of the staff, their service was top-notch. The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

Everything, from the choice of food at restaurant, sustainable tea/coffee facilities and also the lemon fresh toiletries in ceramic pots, staff (I would leave my empty glass water bottles out and they would be re-filled, as I had do not disturb sign up) netting around the bed, sunset views from pool, comfy bed and pillows in room and also around the pool, live music which went on till 9pm so not too late along with other entertainment, able to rent bikes from reception, tranquility

I liked EVERYTHING! The breathtaking location, the unique bungalows, and the super friendly and accommodating staff. If I ever come back to Lombok I will be staying there again, hands down. The interior is gorgeous, free from clutter, with thoughtful touches and everything you might need/ask for. The staff is highly attentive, friendly, and great to interact with! I had initially planned to stay for four days but extended for a week as this place exceeded my expectations. As I was going to spend a week working, I wanted a comfortable home with a table and a great view in a fantastic location. The Internet is through 4G, and Danica gave me a wifi router to put into my room that served me well for my calls.

We stayed 9 days during early May 2024 at room N.1 (private villa with pool) that was well appointed and comfortable,good amenities,well working AC,etc.Mr. Firman and his staff were very nice and helpful,we never received any NO as answer but only Yeses .The food at the restaurant is very high standard and well priced,nice beach,good snorkeling nearby.
