I loved the resort and how relaxing it was. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Nada at the reception who was super welcoming&professional ( 10/10). Also big shout out to the pool and bar team (Hossam, Mahmoud and the rest) for their very joyful and positive attitude and their efforts in making our stay pleasant and relaxing.

First of all the great value of this hotel is the team. Especially the one of the front desk. Rahma is the most professional and positive person, together with Aisha. People who helps with the room maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and cute and you can use the facilities of the next door 5 starts hotel: Swiss inn Golf Resort . And if you want to make a shopping you can find Shopping Mall of Egypt. The hotel is good for coming for business and city trips.

Hilton Pyramids Golf resort’s best asset is its staff. They are the most helpful and professional staff I have ever met. Especially Ibrahim from the main restaurant.

I really liked the staff, particularly Nada Khaled. She was so quick and efficient in check in and check out. Also, the resort and outdoor facilities are beautiful and well kept. We practiced some golf on the driving range. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall beautiful relaxing resort away from the busy streets of Cairo. World class customer service! Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is stunning. As soon as you walk in your feel the luxury from the reception to the pool and restaurant dining areas. The rooms are quite simple but are very comfortable.
