Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada asub Punase mere ääres Hurghadas, kõigest 5 km kaugusel uuest jahisadamast. Right from check-in till check-out, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Food was amazing. The restaurant managers took good care of us. The manager of Italian Restaurant (Mr. Emad, if I am not wrong) was very warm and welcoming. The manager in the reception area, Mr. Alaref was very helpful. The Chefs (Chef Bahig, Chef Singh) were so kind and cooked us extra vegetarian food. Even the general manager of the hotel spoke to us personally and collected feedback from us. We really felt as valued customers at the hotel. He arranged for us a lavish Egyptian dinner which we really enjoyed. @ White Beach Team - You are doing a great job. We loved our stay and hope to visit you again.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

Desert Rose staff is extraordinary - very professional and friendly, we've never encountered such nice but at the same so great organised people before. Congrats to hotel managers for having everything so well structured and perfectly managed, you take care for literally everything! eg. there is phone app available with all the essentials on restaurants, bars, menus, entertainment, beach and pool acticities etc. Big >thank you< to all chefs, waiters, barmans, gentlemen cleaning the room, lifeguards, bodyguards, gardeners, entertainment staff and receptionists (please forgive if I missed someone). Also aqua center guys, Casanova and his owner were making our stay more interesting;) Wide choice of very tasty food, aesthetically served; each day different dinner eg. far east, middle east, international, BBQ etc.; in addition 4 a'la carte restaurants with lovely atmosphere. What absolutely distinguishes the hotel is beautifull huge garden; gardeners working very hard made an absolute floral art there. The surrounding is extremely clean and pampered in every aspect. For evenings there are multiple bars available, all of them with nice spirit, beatifully designed, lighted and with great music. We had really great time in Desert Rose and we would strongly recommend the place for everyone who would like to have wonderful holiday.
