We loved our stay in Aperanti! The location was perfect for the night between traveling from Nicosia to Aiya Napa and the village itself is worth visiting as you can experience more local and authentic vibe that the resorts on coast. The room was very nice, quiet, spacious and convenient. Our host Sara was amazing, she gave us many tips and prepared amazing breakfast based on local produce.
The whole concept of a lux resort on the mountains is unique for Cyprus. Casale Panayiotis delivers all throughout. The scenery is beautiful and the otherwise isolated village life has been turned into a pleasant & lively environment with a spa, restaurants, cafes, and shops around the villages. The activities offered on and off the premises make it ideal for a short break. Recommend.
Everything was fantastic. The house is comfortable and spacious enough for 2-3 people. The location is good, in the quiet old Kakopetria, but close to the main town (5-10 minute walk). The owners are very kind, helpful, and responsive. The WiFi was steady and consistent, and the speeds were good considering you're in the mountains. I work while I'm traveling, and I had no problems at all. The bed was comfortable, and having a big balcony was a nice luxury. Also, being able to do laundry was great.
The hotel was very authentic for the setting in the mountains however if you want luxury look elsewhere. I don't mean that in a bad way as we got a warm welcome from the family run hotel, the rooms were comfortable and sitting out in the yard covered with grape vines overlooking the mountain valley was superb. Very good value too. Overnight stay for me my wife and 14 year old daughter was 40€
