The hotel was amazing! Amazing food, fucilities and stuff. The cleaning team was amazing, the room was very clean all the time.

The personnel at the reception is super polite and professional. Very clean and spacious apartment, we stayed at a two bedroom apartment. Quiet morning coffee at the terrace is top. Massage at the spa is the best, very professional.

The property is only a short walk from the centre of Sunny Beach situated about 5 minutes or so away from the shoreline. Added to this, the furnishings are glamorous and ornate. And there was plenty of space in the apartment to move about. There was also a kitchen facility and a washing machine. And beds were comfy. The reception area was manned for most of the day and the staff were English fluent, and were able to arrange taxis when needed.

O quarto é ótimo, grande e espaçoso, bem distribuído, guarda roupa que acomoda as roupas muito bem, mesa que vira penteadeira, ótimo pra poder se maquiar, com boa iluminação, espelho enorme com iluminação, banheiro espaçoso e lindo. O Lugar é muito grande, com muitas piscinas, se adultos e crianças, jogos e brinquedotecas, parquinho e apresentações para crianças e adultos. Tudo é muito incrível.

O Aqua Paradise Resort é um resort à beira-mar com estrutura multi-funcional que oferece uma grande variedade de serviços turísticos e empresariais, lazer, vida e uma variedade de atracções. The personnel was amazing. Hotel personnel and especially the animation team for the kids (Bogy, Heyson, Tony). Amenities are great, among others great sauna area and spa, tennis, football pitch, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, game room, bowling, pool etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Last year we visited the Wave resort (in close proximity) but we prefer the Aqua Paradise resort, even though the aquapark was not even open at the time of our visit.
