The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures. It is beautiful, new, clean. Our room was big and very comfortable. My daughter got a gift after check in. There is a playroom where parents can leave their children and where the staff is super nice. We also liked the playgrounds and the slides and the programs for kids. The food is good and can choose from a very huge variety of it.

Large rooms with a balcony facing the sea, delicious food and a great experience for adults only, highly recommended

Wave Resort ligger 5 km fra centrum af Pomorie og har privat strandområde, spa-center på 2.500 m2, vandland samt adskillige pools, herunder 1 infinity-pool, 2 indendørs pools og 1 semi-olympisk... Alt fungerede fra start til slut. Alt personale fra rengøring til manager var smilende, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Besøgte deres spa og wellness hvor vi fik 4 forskellige behandlinger. Alm. Svarende priser, men servicen helt i top. Alle måltiderne i buffetrestauranten var rigtig god og der var noget for en hver smag til alle måltider. Var på 2 af de 3 A la carte restauranter og det var virkelig lækker mad! Varm anbefaling her fra.

We had a really nice stay. The room was very clean, the positioning of the hotel is great, right next to the beach. A wide variety of food, and delicious food. We had someone vegetarian with us and she was impressed that she really had a lot of options. Also, there were fruits and cakes at every meal. We were really happy with our stay.

The facilities are new, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is tasty and you get plenty of fresh fruit with it. The location is just 4-5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You also get free parking inside the complex. But what stands this place out is the service. This is probably the only place where I have stayed and I can say that the service has been exceptional without exaggeration. Nadja (our host) went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Firstly, I got a call day before our stay asking us whether we want to check in early because our room was going to be available earlier. Secondly, when we got to the hotel our room was upgraded to an apartment free of charge. Then when our friends who also stayed at the hotel at the same time asked her whether she can help them call a cab to get them to the beach bar they wanted to go, she offered and drived them there herself. And then finally we all got late check out for free. I can probably go on with a few more things but these few examples can show you how great the service was during our short (only 2 days) stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are already planning another visit this summer. Thank you for making our stay so amazing 👏

Poseidon VIP Residence Club ligger i Nesebar og har gratis WiFi, restaurant, sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool og have. Service was absolutely fantastic, I couldn't fault a thing. Always smiling and attentive. Very happy. Parking was super easy, right outside the main building.
