The hotel grants me a bottle of wine in the room and an additional cake for the dinner. This is an exceptional one.

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. Best customer service I've experienced in Bulgaria. Everything is extremely organized, down to the smallest detail. Very friendly staff, great facilities, many activities for kids - treasure hunt, kids disco, horseback riding and more.
