The boat is beautiful, the staff were amazing right from the moment we booked and all through our stay and the activities and food were amazing. We would recommend this cruise to anybody. It’s the perfect way to see Ha Long bay with a bit of luxury.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

The rooms were spacious clean and the facilities were great with a good kitchen and a few spices and sauces which was a nice touch, a TV with netflix is always a great addition. The hosts are amazing and lovely, they will help with any requests or questions, they organised a tour of the bay for us which was amazing. They are a lovely family and so helpful.
