The staff were very friendly and accommodating. the food buffets had a good variety and selection, and good quality and taste. A special thanks to the guest relations team, especially Shaima, for looking after my wife and me and giving us a memorable stay. Definitely, recommend this to families with kids. Everyday there are lots of amazing programs and activities.

The location is great, large territory and lots of green spaces. The beach and the sea are nice and comfortable, the staff is always very helpful. We got a better room on arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Queen’s Park Rai Premium Tekirova. The staff was very attentive, the food was rather delicious, the accommodations for children and adults were nice. You have the best of both worlds at this resort, the sea view in the front of the property and the beautiful mountains in the back. This property even has two waterparks on premise - one for younger children and the other for older kids/adults. The resort has everything you might need onsite, but if you choose to venture outside property lines there are even endless stores to shop and grocery stores/pharmacies if needed. Family friendly resort. We had a fabulous time and look forward to returning!

Beautiful nature and the sea - a heavenly place. A huge beach, where you can always find free sunbeds. Very tasty and varied food in the main restaurant. All kind of fruits, delicious ice cream, fish, shrimps etc. Day time a lot of food courts for a snack, delicious cocktails. Great water park and kids club. Polite staff. We will definitely come again!
