Great hotel with direct access to the beach, room was so comfortable big and clean, staff on beach restaurant is so friendly, Sai girl at reception is so nice and helpful with any questions, she always has a solution. She helped me to extend my visa at immigration, provided required paper and picked up my passport from immigration office since there were a heavy rain and I cold not leave a hotel . I definitely come back to this hotel when I am on island next time .

The resort is situated in an exciting jungle feel environment. with running water, trees and plantage, stones and rocks, which creates a great experience. The view is amazing all around, whether you are looking inside the space or outside to the ocean. great restaurant bar that also has a fantastic working space for the nomads.

The friendly staff & the very warm welcome that Michaela gave us : ) After many years of enjoying Haad Yao I finally found the perfect place to stay on this beach ! For some reason the beach was very crowded but Amara was still very relaxed.. if you like to stay on the beach with convertable clean rooms good beds and sweet staff you should go here !

Loved the patio, hammock, view, The staff were so lovely! Brought (delicious)food to my room when I was working, very helpful! They had everything I needed, laundry service and a bike as well Location was excellent, easy walk down the hill to beach restaurants and 7-11

By far my absolute favourite hostel in the world! The staff is so lovely, the place is absolutely wonderful. You have everything you need here: 24h access to the pool, nice chillout area, gym, best food, wonderful fellow traveler, cosy bungalows and a beautiful jungle-like surrounding. It's just a stone's throw from the beach, so within 3min you will be on spot to witness the most stunning sunsets you've ever seen. I will come back here again and again for sure 🤗

It's such a gem among the accommodations. So quite, perfect sunset view and the private beach has the cleanest water in comparison with the other beaches (just dont have much sand, more pebbles and dead corals -- once you get over the shallow part, there thousands of colourful fishes and I even saw a turtle, twice). Staff is so kind. Really fell in love with this place, and I'll be back for a longer time 😍😍😍 Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
