このホテルで数少ないビーチフロントのお部屋(202)に宿泊。写真を挙げておきますが、201,202,211,212号室だけが部屋から直接ビーチに出られる部屋かと思います。ビーチには部屋番号が明記してある専用のチェアもあります。専用プールも大きさ充分で良かったです。ジャグジー付いてました。 エアコンはガッチリ効きます。ベッドはキングサイズで大きくてゆったり。 総じてスタッフの対応は良かったです。

・オーナーMukyの人柄が良い ホテル内全ての家具やデザインが凝っていて綺麗でかわいいです。オーナーが自らデザイン・建築を手がけたそうで、オーナーの思いが詰まった愛の溢れる空間です。 チェックインが夜で空腹だったので近くにレストランがあるか聞くと、オーナー自ら夕食を作ってくださいました。サムイ島最初の食事はオーナーが作る美味しいパッタイでした。 オーナーは私が快適に過ごせているか、なにか困っていることはないかと常に気にかけてくれて、日本でいう旅館の女将のような温かい人だと思いました。 英語が話せる方はもちろん、苦手な方も翻訳アプリなどを使ってぜひオーナーと話してみてください。Ampersand Resortでの滞在がより一層快適で充実した思い出に残るものとなるでしょう。 またいつか戻ってきたいです。

By far one of the best resorts!! Very clean and the rooms was extremely comfortable!! Highly recommend deluxe villas & grand deluxe !! For sure next time we gonna be back on this place !! The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

We did not plan to spend all vacation at the hotel, but it turned out to be such a lovely place so we prolonged our stay. Yet, there were some issues. First of all, it is important to know that the hotel has two parts; one is pretty basic and another is much nicer and more modern. We realized it on our third day, while exploring the nearest hotels in order to choose the place to spend the rest of our holiday. What you see on the photos is actually the better part of the hotel. And if you book the standard room you’ll probably be accommodated in the basic part of the hotel. We spent there our first four nights and didn’t like it much; balcony facing the pool and the opposite building, big but very simple room. Long story short, when we found that lovely part of Celes villas, we asked our tour agent to book the room there for the rest of our stay, which made it 14 nights total. But when we asked the receptionist about our booking, we were informed that they reserved the same standard room for us, whilst our booking was made for the deluxe room. After a while, the hotel agreed to provide us the better room where we wanted and last 10 nights we spent in the cute room with nice view. After all, we really enjoyed the place. It is just 10 minutes beach walk from the Fisherman village, there are plenty places to do sports and yoga meeting sunrises, clean beach and pleasant sea, lots of massage services on the beach as well as next to the road, laundry service and car rent just in front of the hotel. And breakfast was good, it would be great to add some seafood options, but still there were enough options to choose from even for my quite strict diet.
