Peaceful, pretty and clean resort. Nice good size bungalow, everything worked, comfortable bed and daily room service. Wifi worked fine. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is varied with good quality ingredients, wonderful fresh fruits, western and asiatic offer. The pool is large enough to swim, the beach pleasant (also "swimable"). Location is perfect, far enough to be peaceful, close enough to walk to Bophut night market for street food (Mon, Wed & Fri night) or Fisherman's village for more touristy hang outs (or pancakes). Right out of resort, K-Siri restaurant offers very affordable thai dishes. There is a taxi station 150m left, out of the resort. The hotel organised our tour to Ang Thong National Park with Golden Moon, at market price and it was a fantastic day out. All in all, so good that I organised to be back at the end of our Thai holiday :)

From the moment we walked in it was outstanding, the room was spotless, spacious and had excellent amenities. The pool and beach area are amazing, the sun loungers are comfortable. The team at the pool bar and restaurant are brilliant, every morning I was greeted with a smile and my favourite cappuccino with coconut milk. Two staff, Min and Lek were superb, a real credit to the hotel and made our stay extra special, always remembering what drinks and breakfast we enjoyed, explained the fish and food dishes available and spoke about the paddle boarding and kayaking facilities we could use. Excellent location, within easy walking to the fisherman’s village.

El detalle del peluche en la habitación. Todos los días teníamos agua cuando entraba el servicio de limpieza. La habitación estaba completamente equipada, en el baño había acondicionador para el pelo y loción corporal. El desayuno fue buffet libre y de muy buena calidad. Para repetir.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Muki who was very accomdating. The hotel, ambience, and the sea view was lovely. And the location was in a peaceful quiet area which some might appreciate.

A repeat visitor, I can confirm that standards have been kept very high. Fabulously attentive, professional staff. Rooms are little villas, with a huge pool, and on the beach. Great breakfast. Location is superb, right on the main street but quietly tucked into beautifully maintained tropical gardens. 11/10!

I have rated our stay at the Holiday Inn as 10/10 as it exceeded our expectations. I have already booked for our longer return in 2024!! The resort is a new product for the IHG group and it is perfect for families wishing to use top class kids club facilities - which I have not even seen in the UK along side excellent pool facilities and access to the beach. The rooms come in different tiers, the pool view villa room we had was spacious, very clean and attended to. The staff was constantly friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were attended to, the restaurant with a specific kids focus, the delicious 5 star breakfast and the well thought through design and architecture of the hotel lobby, pool and childrens sand pit, pool and jungle club facilities. The thai people have an innate warmth and this was obvious in all our interactions with pool, room, reception, restaurant and jungle club attendees. The Jungle Club facilities were phenomenal and I was able to use the services of the qualified day care staff for child care. I have no qualms in doing this for our trip next year. The dedicated check in for kids offered a very smart membership recognition. I would like to call out all the following employees as each and every one made a difference to our incredible stay and as such they should be recognised! For the restaurant, Saiya, Smile, Ant, Tum, Ao, Nut, Bat, Biw, Fo, Ubon. For the jungle club, Berry, Lukhet, |Earrnny and Fifa. For our room the lovely Janjira Sutto who went out of her way to bring a coffee machine into the room, over and above the current refreshment facilities. The GM was always available and for us a regular sight daily at the hotel. Miguel also showed great flexibility and its obvious there is a very high staff satisfaction which is reflected in the service the staff offers to guests. We could not be happier. The room was very well priced - so the secret is to book well in advance. A very well deserved 10/10

The hospitality was exceptional. Coco & family were super hosts and the staff, with Num at the top were best in all! We left today and already miss them all 💜🌸 The place is super clean and we enjoyed the food and the masagge very much. Greta location! Super friendly staff who went over so much with my friends and I! Highly recommend. Luggage storage for free. They help with car rental and mopeds as well!
