En general TOT, crec que és un hotel molt maco, amb unes vistes des de les habitacions excelente,habitacions grans, bany molt ampi, el tracte del perosnal és fantàstic, les instalciones també, amb 2 pisicines exteriors d'aigua salada i una amb acces al mar, dos piscines interiors,... i un esmortzar genial. Si vas amb cotxe de lloguer, hi ha aparcament, que s'omple amb falicitat , si he de dir alguna cosa menys possitiva de l'hotel és aquesta. Malgrat que l'hotel te moltes habitacion, no ho sembla ni tants sols a l'hora d'esmortar. als voltant hi han restaurants i fins i tot botigues de souvenirs. Segur que torno i torno a aquest hotel

It was our first time in all-inclusive hotel for our honeymoon. Staff was very friendly. We really appreciated that they took our room preferences into consideration and also left us as a gift bottle of champange and nice note on our arrival which made our day. Room itself is spacious, bed was comfortable, having fridge and bidet was nice and view from balcony is amazing. We slept really well to the backround noise of waves on beach. Food was great and diverse, with something different everyday and large choice of main meals. Our favorite were Madeira nights with local dishes. There was decently wide choice of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as cocktails. Entertainment was organised every night, we enjoyed live music. Outdoor terrace is lovely. And right outside is long promenade by the beach. Location is great, we rented a car and its under 1 hour to get anywhere else on the island. Parking spots are not reserved but we had no issue finding a free spot during our 8 day stay.
