the apartment is amazing !! it's big .. very comfortable and it has alot of space.. we came with 2 dogs they were so happy running around.. the owner she is super friendly and so nice to us.. the apartment has amazing view you can see all krakow..totally recommend for couple.. friends.. it has 2 separate bed rooms plus big saloon.. the owner even didn't charge us for the dogs.. the location is super nice.. it has alots of garden and green area..

The hotel is situated in a wonderful old palace. The rooms are large, beautiful, quiet and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom products and shower are excellent. At breakfast, you have both a buffet and a menu. We recommend the Bonerowski Palace to everyone who wants an authentic Kraków athmosphere and luxury for their vacation.

Good restaurant with a great breakfast included. Decent whisky selection at the bar which I was working my way through. Sauna and Jacuzzi were most welcome after a busy day. Enjoyed the hotels luxury transfer to the airport in one of their two Rolls Royce. Will definitely be returning.

Even on arrival they made us drinks while checking in to fetching us umbrellas when it was raining. The hotel room was incredible and so so big.
