The staff was understanding, patient, friendly and helpful. For a 4 night stay at the resort with 2 kids (4 and 2), there were plenty facilities to keep them happy and the high standard of Shangri-la kept us adults happy as well. Overall - a perfect family stay.

Tired of resorts that look just like city hotels in your hometown? Plantation Bay is built like a village, with most rooms directly fronting an extensive private lagoon and artificial beaches.

It was absolutely perfect in every way. The food was excellent, location, atmosphere, staff… I cannot think of negatives for this property.

    Okay naman yung room maganda view yun lang babayaran mo dito yung view hahaha 10k 2 days. Ang dumi ng cr and the walls were stained tulo ng split type aircon na naninilaw. Bago makarating sa resort sobrang lubak ng daan. Hindi ka din makakaswimming ng morning high tide at sobrang alon sa gabi nman lowtide pero madilim. Sa Resto nila sa taas masarap naman food pero matagal serving nag chichikahan pa yung mga staffs sa kitchen. The owners lang talaga ang very kind. Did not meet my expectation sa vacation ko sa cebu.
