Due to good reviews, we expected the apartment to be good, but it was even better than we expected. First, the rather long transfer from the parking area was very convenient with a golf car which the host arranged for us, definitely worth the 15 euro/night parking charge. The apartment was nice with a separate bedroom and a large living room with a window to the street. There was everything we needed, a baby cot and baby chair, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, and a dishwasher. For longer stays the washing machine would have been useful, too. There was also a terrace accessible from the bedroom which we liked very much. What was even better was the location. The apartment is just about in the middle of the town so you can reach anywhere in just a few minutes. There are many restaurants, some just 5 meters from the door. Some 100 meters away is a nice park with a children's playground. And the walk to the nearest beach is just a few hundred meters. But certainly the best thing in this apartment is the host Oscar, who is very helpful and nice. He sent us very good instructions beforehand, arranged the parking only available to hotel guests, and went the extra mile to help us fix the problem we had with our rental car. Thank you, Oscar! It is good to understand that the old town has only one or two small grocery stores, which have very limited selection and high prices. We understood this thanks to Oscar's information and first went to CC Maxigross to shop for the groceries before driving to the parking area. This way we got all the groceries and water transported directly to the apartment in a golf car.

3 bedroom apartment was a good setup for glamping. Small rooms but plenty of space to set up camp and then get outside to enjoy the park. Nice pebble beach area. Bikes, paddle boats, kayaks, and SUP available on site. Good restaurant, kid friendly. A very nice place for a family trip!

everything was absolutely amazing. I loved the nature and the pool. the room was cold and nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Awesome hosts. They provided complimentary drinks, instructions about nearby restaurants, pool, etc. Apartment is very nice, super clean, and quiet by night. Also, all facilities in the resort are free of charge (e.g. pools).

From the kind welcome to the comfortable and well appointed apartment designed for a family of 4, to the beautiful grounds and amazing pools just minutes from Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione, we couldn't have asked for more. The beds were comfortable and we had a large terrace where we ate breakfast and relaxed. There is a little shop on site to get rolls for breakfast and basics as well as awesome infrastructure- stores, restaurants nearby. It is basically car-free, so our kids could safely roam around and it wasn't crowded so no need to reserve chairs by the pools. It was our first trip to Lake Garda, but definitely not the last and we warmly recommend GRV to anyone looking for a perfect place at a fair price.
