The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

They also run free shuttle van to the Dolonne gondola which runs up to the resort which was a huge surprise and a massive help as the hotel is across town from the lift and would be a chore in ski boots carrying skis.

It is also only a 10/15min walk to the ski lift but the hotel has a shuttle land rover so no need to walk!! Breakfast was very good with lots on offer and also the option of eggs/crepes as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information on the resort and restaurants etc.MarkGroup

They are a big part of what made our experience so wonderful. The hotel in general is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, the hotel facilities are well equipped and maintained. The hotel location is very comfortable, it is close to the center of the resort, and the hotel gives you rides to the cable car!
