The staff is extremely helpful and they help you with all your wishes and arrange the trips to explore the area (which is fantastic) for you. They trully treat you as a familly member. I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.

Excellent localisation in the fields of tea and spices trees. In comparison to the sea side of Kerala the temperature is really nice. Ayurveda treatment was amazing performed by very experienced and professional staff. Joga&meditation led by Harish was an exceptional experience. Food prepared from fresh ingredients comply with Ayurveda philosophy like in a 5 stars restaurant!
