They offered us a huge room with living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family of 4 which was super comfortable. The proximity and free entrance to the aquapark are an amazing add-on to the comfortable stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant is always different and tasty. There is food and drinks available from the hotel at the aquapark as well. The staff was super helpful. Spa area is great and there is a gym as well.

Room B-308 is great - the best view from Paradiso to Sunny Beach and St Vlas. And at the same time a very quiet in the evening. Everything in the room is new and preserved, freshly decorated and cozy arranged. It has all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay - coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, comfortable bed, table with chairs on the terrace. Extremely kind hosts! Thank you.

1. The complex is located 20! meters from the sea, the first line, a small, very clean beach, the purest water in the sea 2. Our apartment was on the 7th floor with three terraces, 120 square meters, a view of the whole sea as if you are floating in the air above the sea, the apartment is perfectly clean, there are all appliances and everything necessary for a perfect holiday 3. Panoramic swimming pool on the territory with incredible sea views, restaurant with terrace, breakfast at sunrise, dinner at sunset 4. Private underground free parking 5. The territory is very clean, the staff is working. 24/7, the entire territory is guarded, there are no strangers, ideal for children 6. The location of the complex is something magical, there is a sea taxi to the old town, costs only 10€ 7. The hotel staff speaks 6 languages, Bulgarian, English, French, German, Russian, Danish 8. The restaurant is very tasty, the seafood is all the freshest, the chef is a very nice person 9. There is a private gym, very good American gym equipment, sea view from the hall 360 10. There is a beachclub and a beach bar, very tasty cocktails and super low prices

Lovely terrace balcony with fabulous views, pretty decor and very clean, everything you needed including iron and hairdryer , location great as is close to sea and bars/restaurants , just perfect and will definitely go again

I liked the lacalization, the small shops around and swimming pools. I liked the fact that the keys were waiting in a box and there was no extra payment for late check in (which was due to landing time)

- the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change
