Exceptional hosts that made us feel very comfortable and showed us great hospitality. They told us a lot about the locals and how each person plays their part in the community and how it is to live in such a small and remote town. Attention to detail and focusing on the small things...they provided a bag of ice, a necessity for a nice cool refreshment during the extreme climate days to which the Kalahari is known for. Small bottles of fresh cold milk with homemade rusks for that feel at home experience. Plenty of firewood to enjoy a true Kalahari campfire and even insect repellent to put the Kalahari mosquitoes at ease. Freshly washed towels and bedding for a very comfortable stay.

Kalahari Cottage menawarkan akomodasi ber-AC dengan teras, 60 km dari Askham. What a beautiful spot in the Kalahari. The communication was perfect, the house equiped with everything you need and spotless clean. Unfortunately I was on my own, next time I hope my family will be with me, and we can stay a bit länger.
